Delivery Options
We offer several delivery methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days, additional fee applies)
- Next-Day Delivery (Order by 3 PM for next-day dispatch, subject to availability)

- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
- Standard Delivery (under £50): £3.99
- Express Delivery: £5.99
- Next-Day Delivery: £7.99
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day (Mon–Fri)
- Weekends and bank holidays may delay dispatch
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
International Delivery
We ship to select countries outside the UK. Shipping costs and times vary by destination. Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

- Order online and collect from a participating store
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready
- Bring your order confirmation and ID for collection
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
