Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Some exclusions apply (see below)
How to Return
- Start your return via our online portal
- Pack securely (we recommend using original packaging)
- Attach the returns label (if applicable)
- Send via tracked post (returns are your responsibility until received by us)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 3-5 working days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless faulty/wrong item sent
Exchanges
- We currently offer refunds only (you may reorder your preferred size/color)
- For faulty/wrong items, we’ll arrange replacements
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized products
- Swimwear & underwear (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Clearance/sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective product
- The wrong item
- An incomplete order

International Returns
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds exclude original delivery charges
- Customs fees are non-refundable
