Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Some exclusions apply (see below)

How to Return

  1. Start your return via our online portal
  2. Pack securely (we recommend using original packaging)
  3. Attach the returns label (if applicable)
  4. Send via tracked post (returns are your responsibility until received by us)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes 3-5 working days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless faulty/wrong item sent

Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only (you may reorder your preferred size/color)
  • For faulty/wrong items, we’ll arrange replacements

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Swimwear & underwear (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
  • Clearance/sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • The wrong item
  • An incomplete order

International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds exclude original delivery charges
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
